There is not enough of the friendship between Neil and Matt

– Just imagine matt and Neil, playing video games, going to the gym, and studying together

– when Matt gets too frustrated at his coursework, Neil will suddenly also need a break and go get smoothies from the stand across the quad that Matt likes

– they make little quips towards each other that only the other gets

– Neil loves to be a sarcastic shit and call Matt ‘dad’ but Matt loves it

– Matt takes Neil to get his hair done at a place that costs him more than five dollars

– Andrew didn’t mind Matt so much after that

– Matt shows Neil all the memes he finds

– Neil’s favourites are the Russian cat memes

– Neil takes Matt out for dinner when they haven’t seen each other outside of the gym or practise for a few days because he wants to know how his bro is doing

– Matt knows Neil gets pleased over permanent things so buys him a little chain with a small key on it

– defo not the one that will soon have his wedding ring on

– Neil is happy but confused at first, and asks why he got it

– Matt just shows him the exact same one on his wrist

– they also (if training permits) have lazy Sunday mornings in front of the TV watching cartoons and eating cereal from the box

– Matt was saddened to hear Neil had never heard of spongebob but then realised he would be able to watch them all again with Neil and got happy all over again

– Neil was the first to be told about Matt wanting to propose

– he was so happy for him because! That’s! His! Ultimate! Couple!

– ring shopping was a bit of an excursion but it was fun, even if Neil did get lost in the many rows of diffrent jewellery and couldn’t even spot matts tall frame anywhere

– it turned out he had gone down a complete floor

– Neil is the best man at Matts wedding

– it made him uncomfortable at first, but then realised that all he wanted to do most was support Matt and he didn’t mind standing in front of a room of people, and have the best seat in the house to witness the event of the year.

– Matt was the first to find out about Neil moving in with Andrew

– he wasn’t surprised. At all.

– he was surprised however to find out they were going to get a cat

– Matt might have got emotional, because that’s his best bro living his best life.

– Neil surprises Matt with short visits when he’s travelling with his team

– Dan knew, ofc, and was unsurprised that the first thing these two boys did was hug for 10 minutes and then straight out to eat food.

– they are still growing boys after all.

– at 30

– also because of their height difference, their hugs are bomb

– Neil can tuck himself right in there

– Matt can reach all the way round
